Joint Venture Design-Build project with Caddell Construction Company for the US State Department.  Secure compound on 25 acre site, all heavy reinforced concrete structures with stone cladding, multiple buildings including 250,000 SF, three story office building, central plant, GSO / warehouse, auxiliary buildings, extensive underground structures, communications, security, site work and landscaping. This is a LEED Silver Certified project.
